If you need a bespoke membership that doesn’t fit with the above, please contact us so that we can look at putting something together suitable for you.

All memberships and direct debits are managed by ClubRight.

  • Simply download the app and complete the online form. Set up the direct debit, and you are all set.
  • ClubRight will generate a unique QR code each time you try to enter the gym.
  • If you miss a payment, your QR code release will be suspended immediately. So keep payments up to date in order to avoid gym access being blocked.

Complaints and Feedback

At Raw Gym, we strive to provide you with the best possible service. Your feedback is invaluable, helping us celebrate our successes and improve our services.

Processes

The quickest way to provide feedback is to speak directly to our staff or email us at info@rawgymuk.com. You can also fill out the contact form on our website.

Timescales

We aim to respond to all feedback within 48 to 72 hours. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you updated, aiming for a full resolution within 7 days.

Dispute Resolution

If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your concerns to our Directors. Any staff member can provide you with their contact details, ensuring that your feedback is addressed comprehensively.
